NOTICE TO ATTORNEYS WHEN APPRAISALS ARE RETURNED

40. (A)

In appraisal cases the Clerk of this Court shall immediately notify all counsel of record of the appraisal when it is returned by the Crawford County Sheriff's Office. This notice shall be in the form of a photocopy of said appraisal and shall be mailed to the attorneys within twenty‑four hours of the receipt thereof.
