TREATMENT
OF WITNESSES
35. (A)
Witnesses
shall be subpoenaed only for the approximate time in which they shall be used.
All attorneys shall investigate the entire circumstances surrounding their
actions to make sure that the person named in the subpoena is the correct
person to be brought to Court.
The
Court shall be notified immediately if the witness cannot be used at the time
specified in the subpoena so that other arrangements may be made for the
testimony.
Violation
of this rule shall be treated as contempt of Court.
