Local Rule 21
APPOINTMENT
OF MAGISTRATES IN MATTERS OTHER THAN DOMESTIC
21. (A) Pursuant to the guidelines as stated in Civil Rule
53, the Court may appoint Magistrates to hear civil matters from time to time.
22. (B) The cost of the Magistrate when not agreed to by the parties
shall be equally borne by the parties and is payable within ten (10) days from
the Magistrate's finding.
23. (C) The Magistrate shall have all the powers and
duties conferred by Civil Rule 53 plus additional duties as this Court may
require.
24. (D) Said Magistrate shall report to the Court
every thirty (30) days concerning the status of the cases referred to him.
