TRIAL PROCEDURE

15. (A) Trial procedure shall be in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code or the rules of the Supreme Court.

15. (B) Except by permission of the Court, only one counsel for each adverse party shall be permitted to speak on any interlocutory motion, or upon any question arising in the trial of a case.
