Local Rule 6
LEAVE
TO MOVE OR PLEAD
6. (A) When a party in any case is
not prepared to move or plead on the rule day, an extension of time may be had
upon application to the Court and without notice for a period not exceeding
thirty (30) days; or with consent of counsel not to exceed fifty (50) days
without leave of Court.
6. (B) Any leave to move or plead thereafter may be
had only by consent in writing of the parties or their counsel and the approval
of the Court, or upon application to the Court with notice to the opposing
party or counsel, and for good cause shown.
6. (C) This rule does not apply to Domestic Relations cases.
